These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prop Picker service operated by Prop Picker LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we are (and aren't)
Prop Picker is a sports analytics service operated by Prop Picker LLC. We provide statistical information, historical performance data, and proprietary scoring about player props. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for betting, or facilitate betting. Any wagers you place based on our analysis are made through third-party sportsbooks at your own discretion and risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to use sports analytics services in your jurisdiction. Sports betting laws vary by state and country — it is your responsibility to verify that your use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proppicker.pro if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and billing
We offer subscription tiers with the prices and features listed on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe, our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle at the then-current price.
- Price changes: we may change prices with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- Plan changes: you can upgrade at any time; prorated charges apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Off-season pause: if your selected sports are out of season, we automatically pause your billing and resume it when a sport returns. You can also manually pause or cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Promotional codes: codes are subject to their stated terms and may be limited to first-time customers. We reserve the right to invalidate codes used in violation of these terms.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again unless you reactivate or resubscribe.
- We do not provide refunds for partial periods. You keep access to what you paid for through the end of the current period.
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing issue, contact support@proppicker.pro within 30 days of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute picks or data from the Service.
- Resell access or share account credentials.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service.
- Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content, analytics, scoring methodologies, and software in the Service are owned by Prop Picker LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.
8. Disclaimers
We provide analytics, not betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Picks are based on historical data and proprietary modeling and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You bet at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop Picker LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will continue.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, if changes are material, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Prop Picker LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
13. Responsible gambling
